Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This policy explains how Noxtech ("Noxtech," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit noxtech.us, chat with Nox (our AI assistant), call, text, or email us. Questions? Contact [email protected] or 929-351-4870.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, business name and type, and what you need help with — through Nox chat, WhatsApp, email, phone, or our booking page.
- Conversation content: the messages you send to Nox, so we can answer you and follow up.
- Technical information: basic data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited. If we use analytics, see "Cookies" below.
We never ask for passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other government ID through Nox chat or website forms. Please don't share them there.
2. How we use it
- To answer your questions and respond to your request
- To schedule consultations, free trials, and support appointments
- To contact you about the request you made (by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email)
- To improve our website, services, and Nox's answers
- To keep our services secure and comply with the law
3. Your consent to be contacted
When you give us your contact details in Nox chat, WhatsApp, or a form, you agree that Noxtech may contact you about that request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling Nox or our team, or emailing [email protected]. We do not send marketing messages without your permission.
4. AI assistant
Nox is an automated AI assistant, not a person. Its answers are for general information and may occasionally be incomplete. A member of our team can always help — just ask Nox to talk to a human or call us.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy and security terms, such as:
- Our chat platform (Botpress) and messaging providers (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta)
- Our booking, calendar, and email providers (e.g., Microsoft 365)
- Our website hosting provider, and analytics provider if enabled
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our site works without advertising cookies. If we enable analytics to understand how visitors use the site, we will ask for your consent first through a cookie notice, and you can change your choice anytime using "Cookie settings" in the website footer. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
7. How long we keep it
We keep lead and conversation information for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards — encrypted (HTTPS) connections, two-factor authentication on our accounts, and limited access to your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
11. Information about our clients' customers
When Noxtech installs Nox for a client business, that business controls the information its customers share with its Nox, and its own privacy policy applies. Noxtech processes that information on the client's behalf to provide the service.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
