Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of noxtech.us and the Nox AI assistant on it, and to the Nox free trial. By using the site or chatting with Nox, you agree to them. Paid services are also covered by a separate written agreement or proposal with each client; if it conflicts with these terms, the written agreement wins.

1. Our services

Noxtech provides AI automation (including Nox, an AI customer service agent we build and install for businesses) and IT solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

2. The Nox AI assistant

• Nox is an automated system, not a human. Its replies are general information, not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
• Nox may occasionally make mistakes. Prices, availability, and terms are only final once confirmed by our team in writing.
• Do not share passwords, payment card numbers, or government ID numbers in chat.
• Don't use the chat to send unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, or to try to break, overload, or misuse the system.

3. 7-day free trial

• One free trial per business. Eligibility is at Noxtech's discretion.
• The trial includes 1 channel (website chat or WhatsApp), up to 20 FAQs, lead capture, booking, and owner notifications.
• There is no charge for the trial. After 7 days, you can choose a paid package to keep Nox running; otherwise Nox is paused with no charge and no obligation.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, prices, and FAQs you give us, and you approve your Nox before it goes live.

4. Paid packages and billing

Unless your written agreement says otherwise: 50% of the setup fee is due to start and the balance at launch; monthly fees are billed at the start of each month; after any initial term stated in your agreement, service continues month to month and you may cancel with written notice before your next billing date. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your agreement.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients who use Nox with their own customers are responsible for having their own privacy policy, obtaining any consent required to contact their customers (including for text and WhatsApp messages), and complying with the laws that apply to their business.

6. Intellectual property

The Noxtech and Nox names, logos, website content, and the underlying Nox templates and workflows belong to Noxtech. Clients keep ownership of their own business content, branding, and customer data.

7. Disclaimers

The website and Nox are provided "as is." We work hard to keep them available and accurate, but we don't guarantee they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Results such as lead counts or revenue estimates (including our online calculator) are examples, not promises.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Noxtech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the website or Nox. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
